Beautiful interior and design, clean, good selection of amenities (coffee machine in your room, wonderful), and lovely service throughout the stay, always offering to assist. Nice location. Very good 4* hotel with a great value. 1000 bht deposit. Half of the breakfast selection changed daily (yes, it's mostly Asian but I don't expect full European/Western when travelling to Asia, also you could order eggs in your way etc). Experienced one issue with toilet water stuck open but was fixed instantly. I booked the Premier room for 3 nights mostly for the view and made a request for that. Upon my arrival I was told I was upgraded to a room with a bath but unfortunately the room was on the 3rd floor only, and next to big concrete car parks that completely blocked all the light and gave no view at all, so I would have had to stay with curtains and lights on at all times. I love daylight so despite the room being very beautiful, I felt I couldn't feel cosy there. I went to reception and kindly let them know of the issue, that I booked the room for the view they had represented on the pictures, I added that though I was very appreciative for the upgrade, I'd rather have a smaller room but just with a view. They offered me another room on the 11th floor, which was the same upgraded room with a bath but in a much better location, with great views and much more light. So they very well solved the issue and I was very delighted with the room and with the whole stay. It exceeded my expectations.

I guess I’ll start with the usual …Nice new hotel in the heart of Bangkok, walking distance to shopping malls and BTS Rooms, Facilities, Cleaning is top 10 out 10 level all of the above is true for those who care, however there is more… What makes the stay one or the best is how the staff manage the very small day to day small or complex issues that are frequent in this Hotel industry, in my case a young guy was having to check me in (who knows, maybe software issues, the system, busy hours between the in and outs, or whatever is was) but he remained calm and very friendly, polite and greet warmly, most important he was genuine and he resolved the issue quickly, same goes for the employee by the name of Meerah, who processed the check out, very polite, friendly and was very patient that’s what makes a difference between a good one and unforgettable.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. The location was excellent, with many malls and attractions nearby, and a sky train station just around the corner. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff were extremely nice. The gym had a good variety of equipment, and the infinity pool was a great addition, although it was a bit under-sunbedded considering the hotel's size. The surrounding area also had a good selection of smaller grocery stores and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a really comfortable kingsize bed. Overall, a great stay!

Marko

Check-in and check-out were smooth - the receptionists were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with good AC (that doesn't blow in your face). It was quite spacious and had everything we needed: tea and coffee facilities, a safe, hangers etc. The shower pressure was excellent. The jacuzzi in the room was a real plus too - it was great to have a soak after walking around the city all day! The pool was nice and refreshing, especially for relaxing with a drink (though isn't really big enough to do laps or exercise).

Simon

The room was amazing. So big with a huge bathroom, a bath and a shower. The bed was massive and comfortable. The pool was really nice with a great bar. The gym was new and very useful for a hotel. The included buffet breakfast every morning was really good. There was a 7 eleven literally next door. It was centrally located without being in the noisy area.
